Our Privacy Statement:
We value and respect your privacy.
When you purchase office equipment or supplies from EBS of NJ
either through our Union, NJ store or via our website we protect
your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or exchange
customer information. We may share your e-mail address with UPS, FedEx
and USPS in
order for you to receive shipping confirmation. Please
visit their websites for information regarding their privacy
policies.
Of course our privacy statement policy does not apply to information we are required
to disclose by law, or in cooperation with law enforcement
agencies.
If you would prefer to browse over the internet but place your
order via fax or telephone you may do so. Your information
will be safeguarded and handled in a secure manner.
We use the services of Americart
to provide us with a safe and secure online ordering system.
Once you are ready to complete an order and provide us with your
payment information you will be rerouted to Americart's secure
website where you will complete the transaction. Your order
information is sent to us through a "secure session"
established with Secure Socket Layer (SSL). This technology
encrypts, or scrambles, your account information before it is sent
to us making it difficult for anyone other than EBS of NJ to
obtain your information.
We have instituted office procedures to handle your confidential
information in a secure manner. If you have any further

Return Policy:
EBSofNJ.com offers a 30 day return policy for all purchases made
from our website. All items accepted for return and refund within
the 30 day return period are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The
Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling charges on
all returned items. If the original item was shipped for free an
additional charge for the original shipping cost may apply. All
customers must obtain an RMA# (Returned Merchandise Authorization)
from EBSofNJ.com prior to returning the product. Any shipment
received without an RMA number will be refused and returned to you
with no credit issued. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from date
of issue. All returned items must be 100% complete, in original
factory 'like new' condition, with original boxes, other packing
materials, inserts, warranty card(s), manuals, software, cables and
accessories. Additional charges or adjustments to the rufund may
apply if the merchandise is not returned according to the
requirements listed above.
Before requesting an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization),
make sure that you have read and understand our Return Policy.

Subject to initial review, RMA#’s and instructions for the return
will be emailed to customer within 5 days of receipt.
It is recommended that all returned packages be sent fully insured.
If a package you send is lost or damaged in transit, EBSofNJ.com
will not be held responsible for any loss. We suggest that you use a
shipper that can provide you with proof of delivery and package
tracking. The RMA number must appear clearly on the shipping label
affixed on the outside of all returned shipments. The outer box is
not to be marked in any other way.
We reserve the right to refuse any package sent to usthat does not
meet the requirements stated above.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will be notified of
any adjustments to the refund amount and the approved refund amount
will be credited to the original credit card used for purchase.
